you started too fast, faded in the middle then managed to speed up again.
Unless it's downhill at the start I think those 3:07 kms cost you.
But well done all the same. Good time that.

Think the weak ankles are now back to normal - these flat roads and the track are ankle heaven!

They won't get stronger if you're not making them work...
Get off road to get some strength and co-ordination or you'll end up twisting them every time you misjudge a bump in the road.
