I think it's cool that you know your pace so well now.
I'm still a bit oblivious as to what mine is.
Not all of the miles were equal. The first one was fast because the group went out fast (~7:45). Then the second was slow because it had the most climb (~8:35). The last three were all in the 7:50's to bring the pace to a total of 8:00.
I kinda figured things out during my overnight Ragnar leg. I just fell into a groove and started churning out 7:45's, so I kinda have a sense of what that feels like. The run on Tuesday night was constant (I got every single light green), so I fell into that same groove (more or less). It's basically: "Hey, I can run this pace for a while without dying."
I'd have a hard time landing on a pace faster or slower, though. I don't know what a 9:00 would feel like.
