What about "Mobility session with EUOC"

That has to be in there exactly once a week.

This is the basic level package. You can sign up for the pro version, which includes such treats as mobility with EUOC, training round the Braids, and a 2hr+ long run!!!

How much do you have to pay to get the injured package?
Nov 19, 2015 1:20 PM #
It's free with all Mark Nixon training, guaranteed!!!

I'm looking forwards to;
Step it Up, with Mark Nixon

It's only a matter of weeks until you'll diversify to "Cycling with Mark Nixon" and "Cross-training with Mark Nixon".

Prove me wrong...

You won't even need to change a single word.
Maybe for Cross Training.

Is it really a calculator of you donĀ“t get any numbers out of it?
Nov 22, 2015 8:24 AM #
For bubo

This is literally the best thing I've ever seen in my life
Nov 22, 2015 3:17 PM #
have you ever seen a man eat his own head?
Nov 22, 2015 10:02 PM #
Next thing, Mark Nixon witll start using this calculator.

I clicked it for a good few times, nice twist at the end.

I think we should all sign up to a "Markathon", and train like nixon every day, the one that keeps it up the longest is the winner. Skip pissing around with 3 miles a day.
Nov 23, 2015 10:23 PM #
I think you've just come up with a new sport. Each day you have to add 1 mile onto training, last person uninjured wins...How high can you go?!?!
Nov 24, 2015 10:29 AM #
Surely you just need to tick the injured box every day, does that count? or do you need to do a few days of steady round the seat/meadows first?
Nov 25, 2015 10:17 PM #
I saw on fb some guy in Manchester who did the +1 mileage challenge for a month. It gets pretty time consuming by the end, grinding out an ultra a day.

Fibonacci would be shorter but get tough quickly.
Nov 25, 2015 10:20 PM #
The first day would be pretty easy though ;)
Nov 25, 2015 10:32 PM #
'every rest day is just the start of a new intended Fibonacci training plan'.
Nov 25, 2015 10:34 PM #
If your Fibonacci starts with two rest days it's going to be pretty easy to keep going.
