What's that? In any case, glad to hear your back is feeling good.

Thanks, Dennis. The interesting place to pick up stuff like Canova workouts and much more is TGIF's log, for example. The specific article he had posted is this.

By the way, Zack was watching me when I was running across the yard between loops this afternoon, said I looked a lot more centered over my feet, not bending forward so much.

Thanks, Charlie. I glanced at it; I'll take a closer look.

Thanks for the link to Thierry's log. I didn't know he posted in English, or was an a/p contributor. I've 'favorited' his training log...just to enjoy his training vicariously.

Speaking of which, did you see the 'training' he and OK Linné did today (Saturday)? They all took public transit way out into the country, and then ran back to their clubhouse, 26km across several O maps. Spectacular!

Good luck in the Blue Hills tomorrow! We're getting our first snow in Chicago today; hope it doesn't reach Boston until you're done.

Thanks, Clark. Alas, no public transport available to Blue Hills, but I will be carpooling part of the way with Clint and Earl. Thierry has been posting in AP only a short time. His workouts and philosophy are hugely interesting.

Yeah, like Clark I had no idea Thierry posted on AP. Interesting reading!

TGIF just started recently, encouraged , I think by the Linne folks who post regularly.
I would love that traverse course they do, I think it's an annual event.
