Super:
What did she get into? My friends Bernese ate a sock (one of several, but the only one not to make it out on its own) and wound up having that operation. She's all good now but would still eat a sock if she got the chance. Anyhow, hope trix is ok.

Oh no, sending our best wishes to Trix. We've spent many anxious days waiting for stuff to emerge from one end or another. Our dogs seem to specialize in sharp things - ugh.

She likely swallowed a small rodent whole. We're on 24 hour poop watch. We thought we were good this morning when she managed to clear out a bit. But she's still uncomfortable and vomity. Still more in there it seems. Back to the vet tomorrow to see har far the foreign object has moved over the weekend.

Aw, poor pooch. Brody ate an entire chicken carcass once and managed to digest it. AdventureDog consumed a bunch of sports food wrappers a few weeks ago and four days later, he spent an hour throwing up gel packets. It's amazing what dogs can deal with. I hope Trix is able to move things along on her own. Keep us posted!

What Bash said! We're quite familiar with 24hr poop watch.
I am still amazed at AD's ability to eat and poop for 3 days with a load of plastic wrappers in his tummy, then puke it all up.
