Impressive. Pathological?

The kids just look after themselves for the overlap between you and Rach do they? I *long* for those days to come, and come soon!!! (champing at the bit to get into some sort of exercise routine again!)

It could have been 4:59.

It was 4:43am when I started. Yes, kids look after themselves. That is one reason to go so early, get most of it done before they get out of bed. We also needed to get Liam to tennis by 8am. I was going to leave that to Rachel but I was awake early so thought I might as well get going so I finished first. I did think about going when I was awake at 2am but decided I'd prefer to go in daylight.

Greg Mickle (clubbie legend from City of Perth) had a big comeback year about a decade ago - I think he was racing for the Vets win in the race formerly known as Anaconda Dunsborough - and with young kids he was swim or paddle training 5:30am most days of the week but would do his running well after dark. I used to seem his diminutive figure bolting around Herdsman Lake when I was coming home from my late finish at work.
