Only legal ones, although they did enhance my performance on the dance floor. Just ask the blokes I molested in the Strip the Willow after Eilidh had decided to swap sides at the last minute and left me on the girls' side!

Time out is just poor advice Brad. 2nd and third opinions required - I know it's a hassle but it's your health...

I don't mind getting the opinions and would love to get proactive assistance, I just don't know any physios worth going to!

Thanks - I'll take the recommendation gratefully! Everyone I've used hasn't really been any help.

How about Hands On Physio who operate out of Craigswood and Broxburn Sport Centres so handy for your work? Jane is really good and thorough and always determined to get to the root cause of your injury. Anne is great too.

Thanks Tracey, I didn't know about them! I've got pretty dispirited with the physios I've tried myself, so a good recommendation is just what I need :-)
