Yes we need to get him involved. And fast. He's doing the trial for the euro cross country on Saturday, but is thinking about BOK's FoD on Sunday - wow! (I bet I beat him tho! ) :)

Mark Two:

Always difficult for a quality runner to get into O. Inevitably a lot of frustration along the way - being beaten by old gits like us and snotty kids. But with the right attitude and application it can be done - Judith Ausetberry is a good example - British Champion within a couple of years of starting the sport. If he does want a new challenge, I , and I am sure others, would be very happy to help him. Welsh credentials I note.......
