Sounds like I should try to head out there! But maybe the Gorge will no longer be accessible. I hear the Pass is doing well. And the fingers?

Not sure if you can drive up to the gorge after the snow yesterday. Maybe with chains... But I do own a sled...
Above 1300 or so snow coverage is great. Too early for the fingers although we just got a good dump in town. Probably need a few more of those.
This weekend should be nice touring as a nice refresh of new snow, sunny skies and reasonable stability (new snow unlikely to cause any new issues). We are likely in silver star Saturday and Sunday (touring Friday) though but feel free to use the house.
Dec 12-15 could be a good option if you want to come for longer than just the weekend.

I do have two flex days for December, so let's tentatively plan on that weekend (and please keep me posted on any others where you don't mind a ski buddy tagging along)
