Big increase in miles recently, don't push yourself too hard or try and match older guys with more strength - difficult I know when in the mileage buffet that is Sheffield!

Cheers for the advice Nic yeah it's tough not to go over board when there's so much on offer. I'm feeling pretty good running but definitely in terrain yesterday I was tiring quite hard. I'll have an easier day tomorrow and saturday in prep for Sunday.

Listen to your body and any niggles. You may well be fine but felt someone should say it just in case!

Yeah cheers Nic, I do feel pretty good but I have noticed the odd niggle, generally during s&c sessions though so I think I may take it a bit easier with the lunges and squats
