Would say those are actually good splits going up, and the return was where time was being "lost" against your previous runs.
Great that you're back up again, and bear in mind Ashton Court is not the easiest course for a first running race post injury!
Thanks! Yes I was aiming for 21mins so sub 20 is acceptable! and the puddles were quite significant.
cant' remember my splits when I did 18:47, but I think it was a ridiculous 3:10 for the last km .....
I think they were similar to mine; 4:04,4:37,3:48,3:16,3:07
The second k is definitely the hardest. Definitely be careful with your knee downhill!!
