I know you'll recover and do some better workouts in the coming weeks while I seem to be in a free fall as far as pace goes...now some of my slow days are due to weather and darkness but I have barely broke 9 min pace in the past 6 months...now ten min is what 9 min was a year ago.
The decline continues...I have gone a long time without serious injury just strains that I can at least semi-train through.
For 60 I'm doing more than most and that is going to have to be acceptable . There is still the hunger and desire to do more if I could...but that's part of the game...being able to train as well as the willpower. I have the willpower but not the ability to train.
