4:17/km apparently according to the testing results!
not sure if 170bpm translates to an easy/rec pace - think there's something odd about that table they give on phys test results
if by odd you mean "utter bolloocks"
Yeah I got the same: 171bpm or 4.17min/ks 'easy'. Doesn't feel very easy..
that's exactly what I mean Nixon
Do they just give us the same generic table?
I think we should have a "how to interpret the data" session
How's your's at 4:00/km?? That's solid for easy.
Because he is fitter than you
Which would mean Alex is like a 19 minute 5k runner
Yea mine said like 4 minute km's for a easy/recovery pace, pretty dodgy
Looks like me n you are shite Alex
Yeah looks like it ;) inferior athletes
Wonder how they came to the paces... Is it just our first turnpoint is lower?
It is the first turnpoint
So we're slower at the start but faster for the other stuff ;)
Hm I'm pretty slow throughout
Seriously, the tables are dodge, they need proper interpretation
Yea apparently my long intervals should be around 03:09 ahhaha
Getting some good mileage out of this thread Alex, that hit counter is gonna be shooting up
There is a 'less than' symbol in the easy/rec row....so if you are running at the figures given in that row you are out of the zone.
And that is for some absolutely dirt cheap treadmill miles, with the climb you will have been well past easy Alex you ABSOLUTE MAD MAN
We've got 6 of us in the charts, need to spread the noisy log love
