There seems to be a common trend emerging in your training log... "I felt tired and slow"

Yea thanks for the heads up. I had noticed that too. Also been noticing that my stomach has been getting upset a lot. Going to take it easy for a couple of weeks. Get some sleep, not do any racing.

Don't worry mtb was actually only an hour easy around the forest.
