Did this run on my recent coaching weekend as was staying at Nethy Bridge, didn't climb the hill either but carried on over to Glenmore Lodge. I got a great morning for it though.

Yes, I ran the same as your out loop but thought that going left after Forrest Lodge would have been quicker as it saved a bit of extra climb.
