on Endcliffe beach with the tide in this is OK.
On longer reps at this time of year I find anything under 3:50s is a bonus. (anything under 4 at the end of a session!)
Accurate description. Yeah I think im hindsight I was actually going ok, probably just that it was wet windy dark and cold so a bit depressing to be out in. Still, all good training at the end of the day :)
