I find I had the same problem when I moved to Scandinavia! It is a little better but still not the greatest!
I find the trainings in the deep snow during winter help with training this weakness and even marsh intervals when the marshes have thawed out a bit...
But yea, still need a lot of work ;)

So true! Also, what do you answer when people ask 'do you have marshes in NZ?'?
I mean, we do...but only cow induced ones... a bit different!

Haha that's awesome ;)

I usually just say yea we have them but it is mostly mud and not so much water. And you get stuck if you run through them so i guess we always run around the major ones right?
