Nice! Are they free or against the wall? How long to you hold them for?

They're a new addition to my routine, so I'm still experimenting :) Yesterday I did them against the wall and held for about 30 seconds each (mostly because my dog kept coming over and nudging me when I stayed up for longer than that). Each time, I pulled away from the wall for a short stretch to engage my core more.
