It kind of is. I think they were trying to make a couple of shorter videos for people who don't want to suffer very much and that is the longest they could fit into 45 minutes with a bit of a warm up, 3 minute recovery and cool down.
Yes. The Best Time Ever. Pretty good workout, but short. In future I'll probably add another 10-15 minute 'race' at the end, or maybe replay one of the race segments.
