Write down exactly what the workout was: how many intervals you did, what the distance of the intervals were, how much time between intervals did you take, and, if you were timing yourself, how fast you did each interval.
If you have all of that information written down you can get a feel for where your fitness is at and you can come back later and see how you've improved.
Good to see you logging again! I agree with Canadian that it would be good if you added more detail. Months or years from now it's great to look back and compare and see your improvements.
OK thank you I am trying to get in the habit of logging in again I will try to make my logs a bit more detailed.
The fact that you are logging at all is awesome! If you can put in some of that kind of detail it will be even better :)
