The commentary was excellent, e.g. at 0:32. It would seem that there are some mood or sentiments that are best expressed with f-bombs.

The struggle to find the trail is real. I'm finding that these videos provide a window into the darkness lurking deep within me.

It's amazing how quickly "where the f*** is the trail?" turns into the existential "Who am I? What am I doing? Where am I going?" In this, orienteering not only reflects the challenges of life, but also the self.
