Nice, you're getting in some really good base training! But you keep logging your relaxation as 5 seconds instead of minutes (at least I hope it's actually 5 minutes) :P

it is 5 minutes, i just log it as 5 seconds to make it easier to see my total physical training hours. Same with map reading
