don't run the rest of the year. then make one of those new year resolution's that no one ever sticks to. hit the mill a couple times to see what happens, or run outside in some Stinson's. it sure doesn't sound like bone stress unless you have some brittle bone disease that hit all of a sudden. have you had a nerve conduction test or a blood circulation check ?
one day your calf hurts and another day it's the shin? maybe a facility in a big city has an alter g treadmill you could use once. it would be interesting to see what would happen.

yeah... after jogging 2 miles on friday it wasn't sore at all over the weekend. i can do anything to make it hurt... like running up and down the stairs, running around the back yard with the dog... but when i run i have a weird sensation. it's higher up than i've had before.

i am going to try a an easy run tomorrow and see what happens. if it hurts at all i think i am going to shut it down until the new year.

i could probably find an alter g our here but if i can't run on the trails then there's not point in running!

getting a circulation test may be a good idea...

Talk to my DART teammate and top chiro Jeremy Rodgers.
I'm usually very anti-Chiropractic, but Jeremy is awesome.
He is more of a sports PT, cutting edge rehab. No BS.
He fixed a couple of my odd injuries, and it is "public" that he worked with Tony K.
Boulder.
