talk to coach about turns, do a workout focusing just on that - entry to the curve a body position change, and acceleration out of the curve into a straightway. Play with different approaches, see what feels right for you and than repeat and repeat and repeat, until it feels completely flawless.
Good time though, with little practice you will be much closer to coveted 60 sec.
We have a fast track workout on Wednesday so I can focus on it then.
it may take more than one practice, brain needs to process new skills :)
