Funny how that happens sometimes. Hope you heal up quickly.

What speed were you at when you tried to unlock?! Hope you heal quickly and the bike is ok. Sucks when that happens.

Read your team blog at the weekend and I like how its not all business.
What lead you to choose ITERA?

Thanks, guys. @Shotgun, I wasn't going fast, but I was going downhill and my tires were way too hard for the terrain, and I think I just lost control. Dumb mistake.

Re: Ireland, we did the Terrex in Scotland in 2012 because we wanted to go to Scotland and the race sounded like a nice add-on, and we fell in love both with racing in that area and with Open Adventure. James puts on such great events. We had a team in Wales in 2014 (I wasn't racing but was there with our 4-month-old). As long as he keeps on putting on races, we'll keep coming!

Sorry to hear about the injury, hope you heal up quickly...but that is no reason not to log the ride!

Ha! One mile on roads, followed by about 20 meters on trail. Walked back up to the road, and then Brent picked me up. Quite the ride :)
