Foam roller great for use in some exercises... you'll find loads online, e.g. walking around the house on it ;-). Incorporate medicine ball into your planks (put your feet on it, etc.)(haven't managed to do a side-plank with my hand on it yet...). Regular climbing has to be one of the best ways to strengthen everything in the core. Those videos look interesting too.
