We'll see how long it lasts - there are rumblings of potential employment so my free time may be cut back to something more normal sooner rather than later. Though highly unlikely before New Year's so maybe force of habit will carry me through when that comes to pass if I've got a month under my belt by then.
Regarding the Crawlers workout, I was thinking about it this week. Does the heart of the interval workout begin promptly at 6:30am or is there an initial warmup phase for which jogging to the track could substitute? I'm unsure of my ability to drag myself out of bed early enough to arrive on time, if being on time is de rigueur.
Usually people gather around 6:30 and then jog a lap. The intervals tend to actually start around 6:40, but can be earlier than that. I will forward you this week's workout once I get it, at any rate.
