Can you do that on your pull up bar? I'm used to kipping them at Cross Fit, so I need a taller bar.
Are you still selecting strength only workouts? I might have to switch too, yours seem way more interesting!
I guess being trained as a gymnast, I'm doing them with no swing, because I still hear angry Bulgarian coaches yelling at me to do them without swinging. So yeah, my bar works fine, though in this case I used a jungle gym.
I'm still selecting strength-only; maybe I'll switch it up next week. But yeah, interesting is good!
You guys are good. Toes to bar is a killer exercise. Of course I have been laying off all that stuff since I went into the CrossFit witness protection program about 2 years ago. Tempting, though.
