How does your leg feel with this?
Your workout inspired me to look up rowing speeds...Something really find quite foreign...Apparently the world record (both on the water and with machines) is about 6 min for 2000m....and your about 9 minutes...WOW
Now if you practice your dry map reading exercises at the same time....

Legs feel fine, my shoulders were the most sore of anything.but like I said before maybe it's the form. Not sure how the map reading would work since you're always going back and forth, might need a crazy map holder like I'm ski-o. The R-O-wing might have to wait :P
