I know you are in the midst of your climbing season. Good to see how competitive you are. I think it is great that you are so successful at two different sports. However, you still need to do some aerobic stuff like running or xc skiing if you want to really improve your physical capacity for orienteering. In your yearly, training plan you have down 10 hours of aerobic base training which is already on the low side. Based on what you have done so far you will probably only do 5 or 6. Try to squeeze in a bit more of this type of training.
Do you mean 10hrs per a week or month? Because 3w x 3hrs = 9hrs which is pretty close to 10, and I will be increasing my volume.
You have 10 hrs / monthon your YTP but the first week you had only logged ~1 hr of running. Nice to see have managed a few more runs. Good to hear u will b increasing your volume too.
