I've still never seen a show at Lee's Palace. Or the Opera House. But I was at the Phoenix on Friday and it is still awesome.

I saw Gary Numan at Lee's Palace. My buddy and I thought it would be fun to wear black jeans and a black turtle neck. With the exception two women wearing bright red and pink dresses all were wearing black jeans and turtle neck. Pfew. Went to the restroom to take a pee and was about to flush the urinal when a guy says "last time i did that here I got a disease" so no flush for me.

It was the "more human than Numan" tour. Im sure Pop culture dude Nev will get the reference

Huge Hammer! That must've been wicked.

My fav Gary Numan:

Started to delve a bit more into him recently. The Pleasure Principle was made the year I was born.

Of the Phoenix, Opera House and Lee's Palace...(all similar sized venues)...Lee's is best. Not a bad sight line in the whole place...stadium like standing.

Great show last night. Not a huge punk guy, but these guys have a little more depth to them. They always 'effin bring it though...and I respect that more than anything.

Nothing better than when a band induces a guttoral 'rrrrraaahhhh' or 'yaaaaa' in you at the end of a song...very satisfying.

Multiple moments like that last night...
