I hope not. I think l need a combination of new shoes, some physio / podiatry and more stretching. I had really tight calves prior to starting. In fact l've had them all week - too much sitting at work!
Commiserations. Lots of issues in both my feet and they come and go unpredictably. But between them they make sure I miss a run every second day or more often.
