I always liked workouts like this
Good solid workout and use of time in the recovery..Looks like you have a good training site! Trying to repeat this workout in the future gradually decreasing the recovery time in later workouts would be a good idea ....When you can do this with 1min recovery at the same speed...go back and up the reps from 5 to 7 with the initial 2:30 rest...
In short to progress the session keep the quality (not faster yet) decrease the rest then up the reps and repeat...In the spring...speed up!...
