nice to see you logging. Even better to see that you are getting some good training in. at this time of the year, your easy stuff including long runs can be really easy. keep it in z1. Later in the year, we will add some harder sections to your long runs.
The problem I am having with keeping most long runs in zone 1 is that any direction is down (unless I run around the top of the mountain, which only takes 25 min) so that eventually I will have to go up again, and even walking up the mountain can be zone 2 in places.
