good to see you doing both ;-) Did you get a training plan from Don or at least some idea of what you will be doing between now and arctics? I will see Don tomorrow so can touch base with him, too. Can you put the final trials and AWG dates into your YTP?
Don has not given me a specific training plan. When I am in Ontario, he advised me to run with ankle weights.
Talked to Don tonight. While running with ankle weights might help with snowshoeing, we agreed that the risk of injury particularly as you will be running on pavement means it isnt worth it. You won't be away that long anyway.
