You may want to distinguish between the types of strength training. I presume at the moment you are doing core types stuff to help you avoid injuries, right?

Yes, that is what I am currently doing. Should I label them as strength - core, strength - legs, etc.?

Might be easier than writing what you did in the comments. Be good to know what "20 mins strength" actually was when looking at it in a year.
