Hey, when is you birthday run again? I want to start training for that. I think I'll be good for 2-4 miles at 6:59 per ...maybe.

Tues and Wed were just more conditions and a good excuse to take some time off - as you have recommended. Today fighting a cold. Should be back out tomorrow
