Run Zones by HR from Joe Friel and an LT of 161 and by pace from 2:50 marathon and Strava's break down.

Zone 1 Endurance 0-125 / <7:54

Zone 2 Moderate 125-143 / 6:48-7:54

Zone 3 Tempo 143 -151 / 6:06-6:48

Zone 4 Threshold 151-161 / 5:43-6:06

Zone 5 Anaerobic 161 – 200 / >5:43

RACE PACES:
MP: 6:29 (2:50)
HMP: 6:10 (1:20:47)
10kP: 5:50 (36:10)
5kP 5:37 (17:25)
