Some of the exercises were much easier then others- I struggled more with the rotary stability and deep squat (http://graycookmovement.com/downloads/FMS%20Scorin...)- on both of those I got 2. It was certainty interesting to see where I need to improve, flexibility and strength wise. I think I'll add the rotary stability as a drill when I do core?
