So far the main thing has been not getting hurt (either from trauma or overuse). I'd give credit for that to two things -- staying out of the woods, and wearing shoes with appropriate cushioning (and leaving the lightweight ones in the closet).

But it's all day by day, could all grind to a halt at any time.
