Yes, good luck, and be gentle with the recovery. Give it time to heal.

Yes, a small radial tear of the meniscus that will be repaired arthroscopically.
I don't think there is any healing time involved, just recovery from the surgery. Still, most suggest not running for 6-8 weeks. I just hope to be hiking/snowshoeing sometime in late January.
