That really sucks that you jammed up your knee again :( A key part to training, while doing sports that make wear and tear on your body, is to allow your body to recover, and making sure that it's as strong as it can be.

Yoga and rolling almost daily has done wonders with me this year. For my first training season ever I didn't have a single injury, which was a big accomplishment for me because you can improve but if it isn't steady then it isn't reliable.

Rolling helps my knee pain the most, 15 times per calf & thigh, the total thing takes 5-15 min(so really really slowly). If your interested I could send you some yoga links.

Get well soon & Merry Christmas!

Thanks guys! I think I will put daily rolling into my routine- hopefully I can hold myself accountable for it but this injury is so frustrating to me that avoiding it in the future should be motivation enough.
