yeah, should be a good one for you. that third part of the 600 is hard, but on the plus side you only have 200 to go:) Then after the rest the standalone 200 doesn't seem so bad. Got me in the mindset of thinking, it would be possible to put another fast 200 to the 600 - and presto! there's the 800.

Third part is hard- for sure and sounds like an outdoor mile- both critical phases in a race. Part mental (in the 800 you have to start the first kick from 2-300 out, for me usually 240m to go and then again at 80m off the turn) and part depends how much left in the legs. As a TT I aim for 1:45-1:50 600m which is a good indicator for 2:25 800 time.
