a very big difference on how you stand. Are your knees "locked" or are your thighs working all the time, maybe standing more on one foot (lonkkalepo) etc.
I don't know what the best way is but I believe the key thing is to stand always the same way.

I've gotten over a 15 beat difference in just the way I stand.
