looks like you got in two solid days of training. geesh, I feel guilty doing base training for seven weeks. looks like you are in JD Phase 3 type workouts.
ps--dumb question, how much rest is "2R", "3R" . . . I would guess these are minutes?

billh, welcome to ap. I do envy you, but no need to feel guilty. enjoy! At some point I want to reset to base training, maybe a week or two after frostbite 2, but there is also a certain reluctance to let go and start over...any way to have ones cake and eat it too? yes, 2R for 2 minutes rest seems to be common parlance.
