yes it was a slow day but I enjoyed the rough weather, on the bright side, the air was clear, haha! the legs felt good, just not fast, had planned on going through 1M at 6:45, instead I looked at my watch and saw 7:15, ohwell. still, it was good practice to push it at the 800m mark with the visitor tower in sight, good mental training. held off one of my sons teammates parent on the bike path, so I had to dig deep, relatively speaking.

One of the problems with being in a warm winter city is that there are very few indoor meets.
