Sounds like you may have issues with squished lumbar disks. The occupational hazard of too much sitting! I had these symptoms for years, and finally came down with a herniated disk. Not fun! All my L disks are thin and deformed.
I recommend a "tush-cush" for sitting, and Kegel stretches before getting up in the morning. Also simple
exercises to strengthen the muscles that keep the L- disks apart.
