Harrods was crazy in August too; I can't imagine what it must be like now!

I loved the V&A Museum...so many neat things to see. Glen decided the science museum across the street was more his thing, but the crowds were bigger there.

What's the weather been like?

Glad you got your luggage only a day late! United is not my favorite airline....

I've had luggage delayed a couple of times on overseas flights in the last few years. Anxiety provoking! A day late on the way to Swiss 6-days last year, 2 days late when we went to Venice in 2011. All's well that ends well.

Love the V & A museum, though I haven't been in decades. Didn't want to drag the kids to a museum in Aug when we were only in London for <2 days.
I'm enjoying a vicarious vacation!

Sounds like a great trip. How fantastic that you're able to do it, and have your kids along with you! And they're old enough to remember it. ;-)
