Not showing up for that experience is not one of them. Seeing you brutalized in the way I typically am on those runs is. I'll try harder to boat anchor more of these runs in future. It's my thing.

It must have been gross in there.

The main grossness came from the blood I tasted in my mouth in the last 1.5 km of road running at 4m20s pace...
