One of my favorite mottos is "There will be a day when I can no longer do this. Today is not that day." We're all pulling for you that you've just had some temporary setbacks, and the day will come again when you can golf/orienteer/trail run/whatever.
In the meantime, I know I value greatly your insights and stories. I always enjoy hearing what you're up to.

wow, Boston again!!! I am amazed at your willingness to take on such a commitment afteryour injury prone summer/fall. But, that's what makes you, you. Set the goal and than start working for it, never mind where you are when you start.
